Personnel Services Delivery (PSD) redesigns personnel processes, organizations, and technology. PSD provides 24 hour-a-day, 7 day-a-week customer service, enhancing Airmen’s accessibility to conduct personnel transactions via improved Web-based applications and an enhanced Contact Center. The Base Level Service Delivery Model (BLSDM) is a PSD initiative that consolidates military personnel from the Commander’s Support Staff (CSS) into the Military Personnel Section (MPS), formerly known as the Military Personnel Flight (MPF).
